Role Overview

Nuvento is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented graduates for the Sales & Marketing Executive role. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a modern, AI-driven sales environment while contributing to global marketing initiatives and enterprise-focused sales workflows.

Selected candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams, engage with enterprise prospects, and gain hands-on exposure to digital tools, AI-enabled sales processes, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and sales campaigns • Support lead generation, prospect outreach, and nurturing activities • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new business opportunities • Work with CRM tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards • Contribute to content creation, social media activities, and brand messaging • Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports • Participate in sales meetings, demos, and strategy discussions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or MBA

• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in academics • Strong interest in sales, marketing, digital tools, and AI-driven workflows • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Interest in digital marketing, AI tools, and modern sales strategies • Basic understanding of social media, CRM tools, or content creation (preferred) • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn emerging technologies • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
