Project Coordinator – ERP /eCommerce (2-5 years Exp)

Job Overview

Commerce9 is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of ERP and eCommerce implementation projects, including Odoo ERP, Shopify, and other digital commerce platforms.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and eCommerce implementation projects.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and support teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, sprint planning sessions, and project review meetings.
Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending tasks.
Support project managers in resource planning and project scheduling.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Identify potential project risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and escalate them when necessary.
Assist in managing change requests, scope adjustments, and documentation updates.
Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and company quality standards.
Support the handover of projects to support or maintenance teams after project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support in an IT services company.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) or eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery processes.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ERP implementation or digital commerce projects.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of business processes such as inventory, sales, procurement, and accounting in ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of API integrations or third-party system integrations.
