Growth & Outreach Associate (0-6 months)
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, articulate person to act as the bridge between our market and our sales leadership. You will work with our Business Development Team to reach out to potential clients. This is an entry-level role perfect for a fresher who wants to master the art of sales and communication in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Support: Initiate conversations with potential leads via phone to introduce our services and gauge interest.
Cold Email Outreach: Craft and send personalized, professional emails to prospective clients using our outreach systems.
Lead Qualification: Assist the BDM by filtering leads based on specific criteria to ensure the sales team focuses on high-value prospects.
Multi-Channel Chat Support: Handle initial customer queries via website chat, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp to provide instant support and capture interest.
CRM Management: Keep our lead database (CRM) updated with call notes, email responses, and follow-up tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Any Degree or Post-Graduation.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
Comfortable using basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and chat applications.
Availability: Ability to work in shifts to align with our target market.
