Pre-Sales Associate

We are looking for a Presales Coordinator to bring structure and visibility to our presales process. This role sits between the sales, delivery, and AI teams, ensuring that what is promised to clients is realistic, documented, and handed over cleanly to the delivery team before any project begins.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Pipeline Management
• Maintain a live tracker of all presales conversations and opportunities
• Ensure all client requirements discussed during presales are captured in writing
• Coordinate with the PM and technical team to validate scope and feasibility before any commitment is made to the client
• Schedule and facilitate project kickoff reviews before every engagement starts
• Ensure no verbal-only commitments are made — all agreements documented

Demo Coordination
• Own the demo scheduling process end to end
• Ensure all demo requests are formally raised, approved by the team lead, and communicated to the respective team at least 24 hours in advance
• Maintain a pre-demo checklist and ensure it is completed before every client demo
• Coordinate with the technical team to confirm environment readiness before demos

Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the bridge between the client-facing team and the internal delivery team
• Ensure the Director and relevant team leads have full visibility of the presales pipeline at all times
• Prepare and share weekly presales status updates

Documentation & Governance
• Maintain all presales documentation in the team SharePoint hub
• Ensure handover documents are prepared and signed off before a presales opportunity moves into delivery
• Track and follow up on all open action items from presales discussions

Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in the presales-to-delivery handover process and propose improvements
• Support the team in building standard templates for proposals, scope documents, and demo requests

What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, business analysis, or presales support role
• Strong written communication — able to document clearly and follow up consistently
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating client needs into structured briefs
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive — flags issues early rather than waiting to be asked
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI or PowerBI products is a plus but not mandatory
