MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team at our Cherthala office. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with clients.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining company services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will play a key role in the company’s lead generation and customer engagement process.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling & Follow-ups:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
- Introduce company services in IT and digital marketing.
- Follow up with prospects regularly.

Lead Qualification:
- Understand customer requirements.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records.

Data Management:
- Update lead details in CRM system.
- Track call status and report daily activity.
- Maintain organized records of prospects.

Customer Communication:
- Handle basic client queries professionally.
- Maintain a polite and confident tone during calls.
- Ensure a positive first impression of the company.

3. Preferred Qualifications:

- Any Degree (BBA / BCom / BA / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
