HR & Admin Manager
As an HR and Admin, you will play a pivotal role in the organization’s human resources functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with departmental managers to understand staffing needs, conducting recruitment processes, and managing employee onboarding. You will actively participate in fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and resolving HR-related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
• Facilitating the Onboarding process for new hires.
• Conducting induction programs to provide information about the company, its policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
• Handling employee queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Negotiating salary and other compensation terms and extending an offer of employment
• Ensure HR procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Handling Administration activities.
• Process monthly payroll
• Actively involved in the employee performance review
• Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
• Organize learning and development programs
Requirements:
• Experience in IT Recruitment is a must.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an IT company.
• Knowledge and familiarity with labor laws.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and compensation practices.
