About the role
Role designation: Software Engineer Trainee

Key responsibilities
 Take ownership of your learning journey by actively exploring company standards, tools, and technologies
 Build foundational skills through hands-on assignments.
 Contribute to coding tasks and improve understanding of the development lifecycle.
 Shadow and learn from senior engineers by observing best practices and seeking feedback.
 Perform testing and debugging under guidance.
 Learn and practice using tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the role.


Skills we’re looking for
 Foundational programming knowledge and problem-solving ability
 Familiarity with version control systems (eg, Git)
 Understanding of basic coding principles and design concepts
 Curiosity, initiative, and a self-starter mindset
 Good verbal communication (English)


Work experience requirements
• Freshers only
