JD :

Led end-to-end delivery of web and API projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinated with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps to manage sprints and releases using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Oversaw the design and development of applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Collaborated with frontend teams working in ReactJS / Angular, enabling seamless integration with Java-based backends.
Defined project plans, tracked progress using JIRA / Azure DevOps, and provided regular status updates to stakeholders.
Managed resource allocation, risk identification, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time project delivery.
Participated in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Handled client communication, requirement gathering, and change management activities.
