Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Computer Vision and NLP based AI solutions using Deep Learning frameworks.
• Architect and implement production-ready ML pipelines using MLFlow, Kubeflow, and containerized environments.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy models using TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to design data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Establish MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and governance.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problem statements into AI solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, privacy, and security standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Deep Learning for Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience in NLP and LLM/GenAI frameworks.
• Solid experience in MLFlow and Kubeflow for MLOps.
• Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models to production.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with AI/ML libraries.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with model monitoring, retraining strategies, and CI/CD for ML.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in OCR, document processing, or video analytics.
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed training.
