Manager- Sales & marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can generate qualified leads, convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue growth for our branding, design, digital marketing, PR, SEO, and paid marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agency-style service selling, digital channels, and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Sales
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies for branding, design, social media, SEO, paid marketing, and PR services
• Identify potential clients through digital channels, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and networking
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Conduct client presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings
• Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM
• Service-Specific Marketing & Selling

Branding & Design Services

• Pitch brand identity, visual design systems, brand audits, and marketing collaterals to prospective clients
• Work closely with the creative team to craft compelling proposals and case studies
• Social Media Creative Development & Management
• Sell monthly social media packages, campaign-based creatives, and platform-specific content
• Position analytics, engagement, and brand growth as measurable outcomes

Communication & PR

• Generate leads for press releases, media coordination, reputation management, and event PR
• Build relationships with brands, startups, and corporate communication teams

Marketing Materials

• Promote corporate profiles, pitch decks, sales kits, product catalogues, and campaign content services

SEO Services

• Identify businesses requiring SEO support and pitch customized SEO solutions
• Communicate SEO benefits, timelines, and performance reporting clearly to clients

Paid Marketing

• Generate and close leads for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Explain campaign strategy, A/B testing, lead tracking, and performance optimization to clients

Strategy, Planning & Reporting

• Create marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and lead performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery post-sale

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Business Development / Sales Manager in a digital marketing or creative agency

• Strong knowledge of branding, social media, SEO, paid ads, and PR services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to generate leads independently and close high-value deals
• Experience with CRM tools, proposal creation, and reporting
• Data-driven mindset with focus on revenue and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling B2B and corporate clients
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and analytics
• Prior experience selling retainer-based marketing services
