Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (2 -5 YEARS)

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will attract, screen, and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
2.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
3.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
4.Schedule and manage interviews and follow-ups
5.Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
6.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2.2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3.Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
6.Familiarity with ATS and MS Office
