Role: Process Associate – US Mortgage Compliance Auditing

Location: Infopark Phase 2, Kakkanad

Key Responsibilities:

· Review loan files to ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations.

· Verify loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant guidelines.

· Complete the compliance audit checklist in the audit application.

· Identify and flag any compliance defects or discrepancies in loan files.

· Ensure loan files are completed within required timeframes and meet quality standards.

· Stay up-to-date with changes in mortgage compliance regulations and industry standards.


Education Qualification:-

· Any degree


Requirements:-

· Knowledge in MS Office

· 0 to 1 years of experience in the US Mortgage field.

· Fair understanding on Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) and their tolerance guidelines.
