Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior /Mid-Level UI Designer who can independently own UI design deliverables for complex web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, experience working on real-world digital products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, developers, and product teams. You will play a key role in shaping polished,scalable, and user-friendly interfaces across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities
● Design intuitive and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications (iOS &Android)
● Convert UX wireframes and product requirements into high-fidelity UI designs
● Own and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides
● Ensure visual consistency and quality across platforms and products
● Collaborate closely with BAs, product managers, and developers
● Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
● Support and mentor junior UI designers when required
● Review UI implementations and ensure design fidelity during development
● Continuously improve UI quality based on user feedback and business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1 to 6 years of experience as a UI Designer in digital product or software development environments
● Strong understanding of UI/visual design principles, typography, spacing, color, and layout
● Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
● High proficiency in Figma (preferred) or tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
● Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components
● Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design basics
● Experience collaborating with front-end and mobile developers
● Strong attention to detail and quality
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
