Shift Timing : 11 AM - 8 PM IST, Monday to Friday

As we continue to expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our existing team and contribute to designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions that create real value for our clients and end users.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Generative AI applications, including RAG-based and agentic AI systems, using LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
Work with Transformers and LLMs, including open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral) and hosted APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini).
Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and solutions using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Develop computer vision solutions, including image processing, object detection, and segmentation, leveraging OpenCV and deep learning models.
Perform model evaluation, fine tuning, and validation to ensure high performance in production environments.
Collaborate with DevOps/MLOps to deploy and monitor models in production.
Stay up-to-date with latest research and industry trends in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Hands-on experience in machine learning ,deep learning or Generative AI.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience in building Generative AI and RAG-based solutions using vector databases.
Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for LLM orchestration and agentic workflows.
Proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Hands on experience in computer vision techniques like object detection and segmentation for custom dataset.
Strong knowledge in core ML Algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised, and deep learning).
Experience in developing and deploying ML/GenAI services using FastAPI or any other REST APIs.
Good understanding of software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).

Preferred (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with agentic AI development using LangGraph for multi-step reasoning and tool orchestration.
Hands-on experience in IoT and Edge AI, deploying AI/ML models on edge devices (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML services.
