Business Development Executive – IT Services (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales to manage client communication, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, sales discussions, and closing deals, with basic understanding of websites and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions (websites, apps, digital services)
• Conduct introductory calls and follow-ups with prospects
• Explain IT services and workflows in simple, non-technical language
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Track leads, follow-ups, and client updates in CRM or Excel

Required Skills
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence in client handling and follow-ups
• Basic understanding of:
Websites & web applications
IT services/software solutions
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical clients
• Sales-driven mindset with focus on results
• Ability to explain solutions to non-technical clients

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in IT sales / digital marketing/software services
• Basic knowledge of website or app workflows
• Familiarity with hosting, domains, or e-commerce concepts

Qualification & Experience
• Any Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred but not mandatory)
• 6 months – 1 year experience in business development / IT sales/client handling
