Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
• As the Business Analyst at Linnk Group, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, document user stories, and define acceptance criteria for software development projects. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of business processes, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in software development, Computer Science, Management
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in software development or technology consulting. Preferably SAAS product.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience with requirements management tools, such as Jira or Trello, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Evaluate potential technology solutions and make recommendations based on business value and feasibility.
• Develop prototypes or proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed solutions.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact project success.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Define test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or innovation within the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in documenting requirements and specifications.
