IT Security Specialist – L1/L2

Job Designation: IT Security Specialist – L1/L2.

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite.

Experience: 3–5 years.

About the Role:
Manage and respond to security alerts, administer firewall/DLP/AV systems, and support enterprise cybersecurity controls and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage firewall rules, policies, updates
• Monitor firewall logs for anomalies
• Manage DLP tool policies & alerts
• Ensure endpoint AV updates & compliance
• Monitor privileged user activities (PAM/PIM)
• Support SOC in incident investigations
• Conduct security audits & prepare reports

Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro
• Understanding of SIEM, vulnerability management
• Knowledge of firewall best practices
• Good analytical & incident-response skills
