Asset Focal – IT Asset Management

Job Designation: IT Asset Management Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite.

Experience: 3–4 years.

About the Role:
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tagging, tracking, audits, software licenses, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain complete asset inventory (HW, SW, licenses)
• Ensure lifecycle management from purchase → disposal
• Conduct periodic physical and logical audits
• Manage vendor relationships for AMC, renewals, and replacements
• Track warranty, license expiry, and contract renewals
• Maintain asset management tools and CMDB accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams

Required Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of ITAM processes & tools
• Understanding of ITIL CMDB standards
• Strong documentation and audit skills
• Experience managing hardware/software inventories
