Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and supporting overall sales operations.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Maintain and update customer information in CRM and ERP tools.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
* Support day-to-day sales operations and follow up on leads.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of sales processes.
* Proficiency in English and MS Office.
* Experience using CRM/ERP tools (preferred).
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
