Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and workflows.
Identify and escalate project risks or issues as they arise.
Support resource allocation and task assignments.
Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
