We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing international client relations. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project teams, supporting and executing project plans, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any inquiries.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of works and adherence to quality standards.
Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, Project or Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent Communication Skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle international clients and build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Previous experience in project management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage time efficiently.
