QA Lead – Java Selenium

We’re currently inviting applications for the role of QA Lead for an exciting Infosys project based in Trivandrum/Bangalore/Chennai with hybrid work options.

Role: QA Test Lead
Exp: 5-10 Yrs
Location: Trivandrum (Hybrid Working)

Responsibilities
1. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
2. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
3. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
4. You will have to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs

Requirements
1. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience working in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA) roles.
2. Proficiency in Selenium is required for automated testing of applications.
3. The candidate should have experience creating and executing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, including scripting, test case creation, and debugging.
4. Knowledge of integrating Selenium with tools like Maven or Jenkins for continuous integration is highly beneficial.
5. Strong programming skills in Core Java are necessary for writing test scripts, creating automation frameworks, and developing custom solutions.
6. The candidate should be proficient with Webservices (API) test Automation using Rest Assured, TestNG
7. Familiarity with managing test cases, bug tracking, and versioning in TFS will be crucial for effective project tracking and reporting.
8. Experience designing and implementing robust QA frameworks that support automated testing processes.
9. Knowledge of latest testing frameworks including but not limited to Playwright, Cypress etc.
