JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring long-term partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Create and present proposals, pitches, and business solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for seamless client delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and client visits.

PRODUCT
ERP Softwares, Mobile Apps

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and meet revenue goals.

EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development (industry-specific experience preferred).
