AI CoE Lead

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead to establish and scale our artificial intelligence capabilities within the healthcare domain. You will act as the founder and chief architect of our AI practice, owning the strategy, platform, products, and delivery from inception to enterprise and global scale. This role blends deep technical leadership, healthcare domain expertise, and strong business ownership.

Key Responsibilities
AI Platform & Ecosystem Design
• Define and build an enterprise-ready AI platform with modular architecture and reusable components.
• Design and oversee multi-model orchestration, including LLMOps, MLOps, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency across all AI services.
• Establish platform standards for APIs, integrations, security, and monitoring.

Healthcare Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Develop a clear AI product vision aligned to hospital and healthcare system needs.
• Identify and prioritize use cases such as clinical decision support, revenue cycle automation, operational efficiency, and patient monitoring.
• Drive an API-first, integration-friendly approach for EHRs and healthcare systems.
• Own the roadmap from proof-of-concept to enterprise-grade products.

Value Articulation & Stakeholder Engagement
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI for healthcare leaders.
• Create solution frameworks and outcome-based success metrics for customers.
• Engage directly with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CMIO, CFO, CEO) to shape adoption and investment decisions.
• Support sales and growth teams with AI vision, demos, and executive-level narratives.

End-to-End Delivery & Execution
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI initiatives: ideation, PoCs, MVPs, enterprise rollout, and global expansion.
• Ensure delivery velocity while maintaining clinical safety, compliance, and quality.
• Act as the escalation point for critical technical, delivery, or customer challenges.
• Maintain hands-on involvement through reviews, key design decisions, and customer interactions.

Responsible AI, Security & Compliance
• Embed Security-by-Design and Responsible AI principles across all platforms and products.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards including HIPAA, FHIR, and PHI handling.
• Define governance for model risk, bias, explainability, and auditability.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and security teams to meet clinical and regulatory requirements.

Business Growth & Partnerships
• Own budgets, investment planning, and commercial outcomes for AI initiatives.
• Convert AI use cases into sustainable revenue streams and long-term contracts.
• Build strategic partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI model vendors, and healthcare system integrators.
• Represent the AI CoE externally with partners, customers, and industry forums.

Team Building & CoE Leadership
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of ML engineers, data engineers, platform engineers, and solution experts.
• Define the AI CoE operating model, best practices, and delivery standards.
• Foster a culture of trust, innovation, ownership, and continuous learning

Required Skills
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in senior leadership roles across product engineering, platforms, or technology-led businesses.
• Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML or SaaS platforms from early stage to enterprise adoption.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, cloud architecture, and enterprise security.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, EHR integrations, and data privacy requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Good to have)
• Experience working with hospital networks or large healthcare providers.
• Prior ownership of P&L, budgets, or revenue targets for technology products.
• Exposure to global healthcare markets and multi-region deployments.
• Experience defining Responsible AI frameworks in regulated industries.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be employed by Cabot Technology Solutions and work closely with Fine art Design Agency, Cabot’s creative division, to drive growth for design-led digital modernization services.
The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect design outcomes with business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify opportunities for:
o UI/UX & Product Design
o Website Revamps & CMS Platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Headless)
o Branding & Digital Marketing
• Generate leads via:
o LinkedIn & outbound outreach
o Email campaigns
o Website & inbound inquiries
o Events, partnerships, and referrals
• Research target accounts and decision-makers (CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing/Product)
Sales & Client Engagement
• Conduct discovery calls to understand:
