This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents capable of autonomously executing complex, multi-step workflows. Unlike traditional AI roles focused on prompt engineering or conversational interfaces, this position emphasizes building goal-driven, action-oriented systems that incorporate continuous learning, persistent memory, and secure tool integrations.

The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and transform them into intelligent, automated solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver a strong competitive advantage.

Designation : Agentic AI Solutions Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Skillsets : Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, n8n, CrewAI, Vellum AI), Expertise in multi-agent orchestration and LLM-based solution development
Experience : 4-10 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges are negotiable and will be the best in the industry.
Shift Time : 06:00PM-03:00AM /03:00PM-12:00AM
Place of Posting : Remote/ Infopark, Kochi.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Architect End-to-End Workflows: Design and deploy single-agent and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT to automate complex, role-based business processes.
• System Integration: Connect AI agents with existing enterprise SAP applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs to enable seamless end-to-end task execution.
• Risk Governance and Control: Implement human-in-the-loop (HITL) circuit breakers, strict tool permissions (least privilege access), and negative constraints to ensure autonomous systems operate safely and within compliance standards.
• Data Profiling: Conduct strategic data profiling to map the quality and noise levels of source data, ensuring agents have reliable information for decision-making.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI agents for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and optimal computational utility.

Required Skills
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with commercial AI agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, or n8n, CrewAI, Vellum AI etc.,
• Programming and Frameworks: Strong programming skills and deep knowledge of multi-agent orchestration libraries, machine learning frameworks, and large language model (LLM) integration.
• Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of persistent memory architectures, reasoning layers, and dynamic decision-making capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience with change management and developing training materials to help human teams adapt to environments augmented by dynamic AI agents.
• Familiarity with specialized enterprise workflows and platforms, such as integrating AI agents into IT service desks, HR processes, or ServiceNow environments

The incumbent is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP system landscapes across on-premises and cloud environments. This role serves as the technical escalation point for Basis-related incidents and works closely with functional teams, security, and infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and compliance.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skillsets : Expertise in SAP HANA administration (HSR, backup, performance tuning), SAP S/4HANA installations, migrations, system conversions, SAP transport management.
Experience : Minimum 8 – 12 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges are negotiable and will be the best in the industry.
Shift Time : 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST
Place of Posting : Remote/ Infopark, Kochi.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Administer and maintain SAP system landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA
• databases across development, quality, and production environments.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, kernel patches, support pack stacks (SPS), and SAP Note implementations with minimal
• downtime.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and third-party monitoring tools; proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage SAP HANA database administration including backup/recovery, memory management, delta merges, and system replication (HSR).
• Configure and maintain SAP transport management system (STMS), RFC connections, and background job scheduling.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for Basis-related production issues; serve as Tier 3 escalation point.
• Implement and manage SAP security configurations including user administration, role assignments, SSO, and audit log reviews.
• Plan and execute system refreshes, client copies, and landscape migrations including cloud migrations to SAP BTP, AWS, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementations, go-lives, and hypercare activities.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation for operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis across complex multi-system landscapes
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA administration (HSR, backups, performance tuning)
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA installations, migrations, and system conversions
• Solid knowledge of transport management, kernel updates, and support pack application
• Experience managing SAP environments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP)
• Good understanding of OS-level administration (Linux/RHEL, Windows Server)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA) or equivalent
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Landscape Management (LaMa), or SAP BTP
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, SAP-native scripting)
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and structured management processes
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code for SAP environments.
