Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to develop, manage, and optimize our social media presence. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, strategy development, campaign execution, and performance tracking across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, trend-spotter, and analytics expert who can drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Content Creation & Management
Develop high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, reels, blogs, etc.) tailored for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

2. Social Media Strategy Development
Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
Define KPIs and execute data-backed social media strategies.
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
3. Community Engagement & Communication

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster engagement.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.

4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
Generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
A/B test content and adjust strategies based on data.

5. Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid/organic social media campaigns (giveaways, ads, collaborations).
Work with designers, copywriters, and influencers for cohesive campaigns.
Monitor campaign ROI and optimize budgets.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Ernakulam (Willing to Relocate)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company’s overall accounting operations in alignment with organizational policies and financial goals.
Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Monitor GST filing and ensure timely submission of all statutory compliances.
Oversee UAE VAT filing and ensure adherence to VAT and GCC accounting standards.
Review and maintain financial statements, exposure files, and compliance reports.
Manage vendor accounts, purchase orders (PO), invoicing, and reconciliations.
Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and cost control recommendations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and updated accounting records in Tally ERP.
Support accounting operations related to logistics and other business activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
Strong understanding of GST and UAE VAT compliance.
Experience working with GCC accounting procedures and logistics-based accounts.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Willingness to relocate to Ernakulam.
