Business Development Representative-2 to 3 years
Experience: 2–3 years in outbound B2B sales / SDR / BDR
Location: Bangalore / Remote
Work Hours: US overlap required
What You’ll Do
Drive outbound pipeline generation through multi-channel outreach
Engage enterprise and mid-market decision-makers
Create strategic account outreach and personalized messaging
Run outbound campaigns across calls, email, and LinkedIn
Work directly with leadership on GTM initiatives
Position innovative AI, data, cloud, and engineering solutions to global customers
Must-Haves
2–3 years of outbound prospecting experience
Strong cold calling and objection handling skills
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI, cloud, or data solutions
Excellent communication and research skills
Comfortable working in US overlap hours
Good-to-Haves
Experience targeting enterprise accounts
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Sales Navigator
Exposure to AI, Databricks, cloud, or analytics conversations
