We are seeking an experienced Security Hardening & Observability Specialist to conduct a comprehensive security audit, reduce infrastructure blast radius, and design & implement an immutable remote logging architecture. The role focuses on strengthening access controls, improving visibility, and ensuring tamper-proof observability across our infrastructure.

Scope of Work
*Audit and document infrastructure across VPS, MariaDB, Redis, Ceph, and Kubernetes
*Identify and remove ghost credentials, stale SSH keys, and over-privileged service accounts
*Harden access controls and enforce least-privilege policies
*Design and deploy a centralized, tamper-proof remote logging solution for system and access logs

Experience Required
*5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps / SRE / Security Engineering

Key Skills
