Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
2. Own lead generation across LinkedIn, email, website, events, and partnerships
3. Build clear positioning for product engineering, IoT, and software services
4. Drive campaigns across awareness, consideration, and inbound demand stages
5. Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion
6. Track and report metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution
7. Manage interns and junior marketers with clear execution accountability
8. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Must-Have Skills

1. Strong B2B marketing experience (services, SaaS, or tech preferred)
2. Solid understanding of funnels, ABM, inbound + outbound support
3. Data-driven mindset; comfortable with dashboards and performance metrics
4. Strong content judgment combined with execution discipline
5. Ability to challenge ideas, say “this won’t work”, and course-correct fast

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Strategy is a plus
Exposure to B2B technology, engineering services, or industrial domains preferred

Job description:

The Marketing Associate supports execution of marketing activities across digital channels to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support the sales team. This role is suitable for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who want to grow in B2B and technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute marketing activities across LinkedIn, email, website, and basic campaigns

3. Assist in creating and posting content (social media posts, emails, blogs, landing pages)
4. Coordinate with sales to share leads and track follow-ups
5. Maintain lead lists, CRM updates, and campaign trackers
6. Follow brand guidelines across all marketing materials
7. Support events, webinars, and partner campaigns
8. Report basic metrics like leads generated, reach, and engagement

Required Skills

1. 0–1 year experience in marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing
2. Basic understanding of social media, email marketing, and lead generation
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
5. Willingness to learn and take feedback
6. Experience handling LinkedIn pages or campaigns
7. Exposure to email tools or CRM systems
