Salesforce Developer (3+ yrs)

Essential Job Functions

Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Customize and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Perform end-to-end development, including coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD tools.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools.

Build and maintain data models, workflows, flows, process builders, validation rules, and automation components.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and security through best practices and code quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely support to internal stakeholders.

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configurations.

Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware.

Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Git, Copado, or Bitbucket is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in agile delivery teams preferred.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer proficient in React.js and Node.js to join ThoughtMinds. You will be responsible for designing scalable client-side and server-side architectures, ensuring high performance, and mentoring junior developers within our agile environment.

Key Job Functions
Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
