Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Product Manager with proven experience developing AI-driven SaaS products to take ownership of either LinnkMe (CRM/ATS) or LinnkUS (AI Chatbot & Communication Hub). This role sits within Linnk Innovations, our dedicated R&D division in Kochi.
As Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of one core LinnkIQ product module. You will collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, UX designers, business analysts, and global operational teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and user-centric capabilities.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in innovation-driven environments and has experience designing frameworks, processes, and methodologies that enable AI to function as the primary engine of new products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for LinnkMe CRM/ATS or LinnkUS AI Chatbot.
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and the broader LinnkIQ ecosystem.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intelligent, automation-driven user experiences.
• Ensure seamless interoperability with LinnkUp (ERP) and other LinnkIQ modules.
AI-Led Product Development
• Lead the development of AI-powered features including:
LLM-driven matching, summarisation, insights, scoring
RAG-based retrieval and knowledge workflows
Chatbot and voice AI interactions
Automated conversations and decision flows
Workflow automation, triggers, orchestration, and multi-step logic
• Define AI requirements, prompts, guardrails, quality thresholds, and behavioural patterns.
• Work with AI engineers to test, evaluate, refine, and optimise model outputs.
Framework & Process Creation for AI-Scaled Products
• Develop scalable AI product frameworks, including:
conversation design systems (text & voice)
automation blueprints
evaluation standards and guardrails
multi-tier workflow architectures
reusable LLM prompt libraries
• Create systematic processes for designing, testing, and deploying AI features.
• Establish best practices for safe AI usage, reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Research & Innovation
• Conduct deep research into recruitment workflows, user behaviour, market trends, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Benchmark global ATS, CRM, and AI communication systems to inspire product improvements.
• Translate R&D insights into scalable prototypes and roadmap features.
• Lead structured experimentation cycles for new AI capabilities and automation concepts.
Product Execution & Delivery
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-quality product documentation.
• Drive agile delivery cycles across engineering, AI, QA, and UX.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and user testing sessions.
• Manage feature prioritisation, dependency planning, and release readiness.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor product KPIs such as user adoption, workflow efficiency, automation success rates, and AI accuracy.
• Analyse behavioural data to enhance features and reduce user friction.
• Lead optimisation cycles for AI-driven interactions, logic patterns, and decision flows.
Experience Requirements
Essential
• 5–10 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Minimum 2+ years delivering AI-powered products, including LLM or conversational AI systems.
• Proven track record scaling ATS, CRM, HR-Tech, Chatbot, or workflow automation systems.
• Experience designing frameworks, processes, and models for AI-driven features.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, cloud architecture, data models, microservices.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional product delivery in fast-paced environments.
Desirable
• Experience in staffing, HR-Tech, recruitment, CRM/ATS or ERP domains.
• Experience in innovation labs, incubators, or R&D-focused product teams.
• Understanding of enterprise compliance, data privacy, and secure multi-region SaaS deployment.
