Operation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & Operations
Specialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners.
With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of the
Partnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers,
coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, to
ensure smooth business operations.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Onboarding & Content Management
- Prepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands.
- Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations.
- Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images.
- Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers.

Internal Operations & Compliance
- Assist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term
updates.
- Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity,
commission updates).
- Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers.

Merchant Operations
- Support in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes
updating content, and actioning other requirements from the merchants.
- Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and corporate legal
experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail and time management.

Operation Executive - Data & Merchant Payments Analyst

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Data & Merchant Payments
Analyst to support the daily financial and analytical operations of the business.
With a keen attention to detail, the Analyst will be able to assist in daily activities of the
Partnership Team, including but not limited to financial reconciliation, generating
performance reports, and ensuring payment process integrity, to ensure smooth business
operations.

Main Responsibilities

Data & Reporting
- Generate and analyze sold/redemption reports.
- Prepare customized management reports and assist in preparing weekly, quarterly,
and yearly reviews.
- Support the Reporting Manager with data analysis and trend monitoring.

Finance Operations
- Manage merchant redemption reports and mark codes as redeemed.
- Track and resolve missing codes and assist with reconciling merchant payments and
tracking additional commissions.
- Support the Regional Senior Manager in coordinating with Finance and merchants
for reconciliation issues.

Internal Operations
- Assist with pre-uploading API codes and resolving order delays or discrepancies.
- Support in tracking and resolving internal concerns that involve the Partnership
Team and following up with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and finance
operations.

Merchant Support Executive - Partnerships

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized ‘Merchant Support Executive – Partnerships’ to support in the daily operations of the business. With a keen attention to detail, the Executive will be able to assist in daily activities of the Partnership Team, Support in tracking and resolving Customer Complaints, Sourcing Marketing collateral, and liaising with internal and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Main responsibilities :

Internal Operations
Maintain accurate complaint records, resolution timelines, and status reports on a daily / weekly basis.
Receive, log, and manage merchant complaints from multiple channels.
Investigate issues by coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Tech, and Partner Relations.
Track and ensure timely closure of complaints as per SLA and escalation guidelines.
Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to merchants and stakeholders.
Analyze recurring issues and share insights with management for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Escalate critical issues promptly to management when delays or risks are identified

Must Have

2-4 years of experience in similar role
Should have experience in various tools like Jira Service Desk, Jira confluence, Wiki or similar tools.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Product Designer Intern to join our Product team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world product design, mentorship from experienced designers, and the opportunity to contribute to live digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to create intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Conduct basic user research and usability testing, and incorporate insights into design improvements.
Support senior designers in refining visual designs, interaction patterns, and design consistency.
Follow and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, UX/UI, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn and take feedback.
A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects is a plus.
