Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development with React and a solid understanding of back-end technologies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development (React.js):
o Build reusable, scalable, and efficient front-end features using React.js.
o Develop and implement new user-facing features, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
o Optimize applications for speed and performance.
o Manage the state of the application using Redux or similar libraries.
• Back-End Development:
o Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.
• Full Stack Integration:
o Work on the integration of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring smooth data flow and application performance.
o Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks for both client-side and server-side code.
• Collaboration:
o Participate in code reviews, contribute to best coding practices, and document technical solutions.
o Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other team members to implement features and innovations.
o Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience:

o 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end development using React.js.
o Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
o Experience with modern web development tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
o Familiarity with back-end technologies connected to Java Frameworks like Spring, Spring boot.
o Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Zustand to manage complex application states.
o Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and package managers like NPM/Yarn.
o Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass or LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled-components, Emotion).

• Education & Certifications (Optional but preferred):
o A bachelor’s degree in computer science or in related field.

Oracle DBA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in WebLogic, Forms, and Reports configuration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration and management, with a solid understanding of database optimization, space management, and troubleshooting. A strong knowledge of Linux as the operating system and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
•Configure and manage WebLogic servers, along with Forms and Reports, to support business applications.
•Perform routine database optimization, tuning, and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
•Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes to ensure smooth operation.
•Implement and manage backup, recovery, and data archiving strategies to protect critical data.
•Carry out space management tasks, including monitoring and forecasting storage requirements.
•Work closely with development and application teams to support and deploy new solutions.
•Perform regular database patching and updates to keep systems secure and up to date.
•Ensure compliance with database security standards and company policies.
•Provide technical guidance and support to other team members when needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., OCP, Oracle WebLogic Server Certified Administrator) are a plus.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle database administration and management.
•Proven experience with WebLogic server configuration, including Forms and Reports setup.
•Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques, including indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
•Proficiency in space management, including data file management and capacity planning.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve database issues.
•Experience working with Linux OS, including shell scripting and system administration tasks.
•Familiarity with backup and recovery tools such as RMAN, Data Pump, and other Oracle utilities.
•Understanding of security best practices, including user management, data encryption, and auditing.
•Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional - OCP) is an advantage.
