Junior Linux System Administrator

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Location: Infopark, Kochi

We are looking for a motivated Junior Linux System Administrator to support and maintain Linux servers and enterprise applications including ERP systems such as Odoo. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn Linux, cloud infrastructure, and production system management.


Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in installation and configuration of Linux servers.
Monitor system performance and uptime.
Support deployment and maintenance of applications like Odoo.
Assist in managing users, permissions, and file systems.
Help configure web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
Assist in backup and recovery procedures.
Monitor logs and troubleshoot basic system issues.
Assist in SSL certificate installation and renewal.
Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Maintain system documentation.
Assist senior administrators in system upgrades and deployments


Skills & Knowledge

0 – 2 years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred).
Basic knowledge of Linux commands and system administration.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, SSH).
Familiarity with web servers (Nginx or Apache) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Willingness to learn automation and scripting (Bash).
Understanding of ERP systems like Odoo is an added advantage.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Linux certification is a plus (RHCSA, Linux Essentials).
Internship or academic project experience with Linux servers is beneficial.

Lead Generator/Business Development

We are seeking a Sales Specialist for OdooERP with a proven track record in inbound and outbound sales to help us acquire new customers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and B2B sales within the ERP industry.

Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and qualify potential leads across key markets
• Develop and execute strategies to engage leads and convert them into customers for our Odoo services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to develop leads into sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demos in collaboration with the technical team, highlighting the benefits of Odoo solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in ERP sales, specifically with Odoo or similar software solutions.
• Strong experience in lead generation, sales outreach, and handling inbound and outbound sales. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to perform independent market research to identify business opportunities and trends.

Junior Odoo Developer

Experience: 6 months – 3 years
Location: Infopark, Kochi

We are looking for a motivated Junior Odoo Developer with 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build scalable business solutions and grow their expertise in Odoo ERP.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and related applications.

Assist in integrating Odoo with external systems such as REST APIs, payment gateways, and shipping services

Participate in various stages of the Odoo implementation lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Analyze business requirements and help implement optimized Odoo-based solutions.

Write clean, efficient, modular, and reusable code following best practices.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Support testing activities and help maintain technical documentation.


Skills & Knowledge

6 months – 3 years of experience in Odoo development or customization.

Working knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM framework.

Basic understanding of business workflows (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).

Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and QWeb.

Understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and security concepts.

Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL database.

Exposure to Linux environments.

Experience or familiarity with Odoo.sh and/or on-premise deployments is a plus.
