QA Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Lead to manage and oversee the testing efforts of our software development lifecycle. The QA Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, develop testing strategies, and provide leadership to the QA team. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on involvement in Health care domain.

Job Description:
1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
2. Experience in project management and QA methodology
3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
4. Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
5. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
6. Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
7. Execute test cases and analyze results
8. Proven written/verbal communication skills and ability to communication with global teams
9. Proficiency in test management tools JIRA will be mandate
10. Knowledge in healthcare domain.
11. Experience in health care domain is a mandate.

Required Skills/Experience

1. 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least [2+] years in a leadership role.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
3. Expertise in writing Test case and test plan
4. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Bachelor's degree in any field
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

MySQL Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a MySQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with 5+ years of experience to manage and support Microsoft SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will ensure database performance, availability, and security, while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to implement scalable, high-performing solutions.
Experience with PostgreSQL administration will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain MySQL database servers across development, testing, and production environments.
2. Monitor database performance, implement tuning strategies, and optimize queries and indexes.
3. Design and manage database backup, recovery, and replication strategies (Master-Slave, Group Replication, or Cluster).
4. Ensure database security, integrity, and availability by implementing access controls, data encryption, and regular audits.
5. Perform database upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
6. Collaborate with developers to design efficient database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
7. Troubleshoot performance issues, deadlocks, replication delays, and other database-related incidents.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture, configurations, and processes.
9. Automate routine database tasks using scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
10. Work closely with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment of database changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a MySQL DBA in a production environment.
3. Strong knowledge of MySQL 5.7/8.0 architecture, configuration, and administration.
4. Proficiency in query optimization and performance tuning.
5. Experience with replication, clustering, and high-availability setups.
6. Hands-on experience with backup/recovery tools (mysqldump, Percona XtraBackup, etc.).
7. Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
8. Understanding of database security practices and user management.
9. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, Azure Database for MySQL) is a plus.
10. Experience with monitoring tools (Percona Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios).
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with PostgreSQL database administration including performance tuning, backup, and replication.
2. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
4. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and database version control.
5. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
