FACADE DESIGNER (0-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE)

We are looking for a Facade Designer (0-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE). The candidate should be able to create precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring high-quality and accurate designs for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- To review architectural and structural drawings and specifications to prepare concept designs based on projects.
- Study the entire project and assist the technical manager with the design concept in accordance with the contract.
- Candidate needs to have extensive knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Drafting and Design: Use AutoCAD software to create technical drawings and plans based on given specifications for curtain wall systems.
- Detailing: Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for curtain wall systems according to specifications provided by architects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design originators, architects, and engineers to resolve design details or discrepancies or to prepare drawings of unusual, complex, or original designs.
- Revision: Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all design and drafting activities.

Qualifications

- Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Experience in drafting curtain wall systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

BIM MODELER (0-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE)

We are looking for a Revit BIM Modeler (0–2 Years Experience). The candidate should be able to create accurate 3D BIM models, detailed shop drawings, and coordinated project documentation, ensuring high-quality and precise deliverables for façade projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Review architectural, structural, and façade design drawings to develop BIM models and project documentation.
-Assist the technical manager and design team in preparing BIM models in accordance with project specifications and contract requirements.
-Develop detailed 3D models for curtain wall, window wall, skylight, cladding, and other façade systems using Revit.
-Create and maintain parametric Revit families for façade components, including mullions, transoms, brackets, anchors, trims, and accessories.
-Generate accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
-Coordinate façade models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
-Prepare schedules, material take-offs, and quantity reports from BIM models.
-Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and company workflows.
-Update and revise models and drawings based on design changes, RFIs, site feedback, and client comments.
-Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and project deliverables.
-Support design validation and constructability reviews through BIM visualization and coordination.

Qualifications

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
-Knowledge of curtain wall and façade systems is preferred but not mandatory.
-Understanding of BIM workflows, family creation, and model coordination.
-Basic knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, or BIM collaboration tools is an added advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines.
