Job Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
o Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to
candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
o Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top
talent.
o Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
3. Screening & Selection:
o Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth
communication.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring
priorities.
o Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation
packages.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
o Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance
metrics.
6. Market Research:
o Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive
market.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
o At least 1.5 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and
creative roles.
o Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter.
o Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.
4. Soft Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
Global Surf is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Content Writer to drive both creative and
technical content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting clear,
engaging technical content while also leading creative storytelling across digital platforms. This role
requires balancing technical accuracy with brand voice, mentoring junior writers, and collaborating
closely with marketing and product teams to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Marketing Content
• Develop creative content for social media, marketing campaigns, landing pages, emailers, and
website copy.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and campaign ideation with innovative content ideas.
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
Technical & Web Content
• Create high-quality technical content including website pages, product descriptions, technical
blogs, whitepapers, and articles.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining readability and engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and guide junior content writers, providing feedback, editing support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and SEO teams to align content with brand strategy
and business objectives.
• Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and editorial calendars.
Quality, SEO & Optimization
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure high standards of quality, clarity, and
engagement.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content
structuring.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.
Research & Trends
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor content, and emerging content formats.
• Continuously refine content strategies to keep them relevant, fresh, and competitive.

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within a digital or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web content, blogs, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices for digital content.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, industries, and platforms.
• Experience in leading or mentoring writers is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
(preferred).
