Performance Marketing Executive
We are a growing IT solutions and digital marketing firm seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who specializes in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in paid media who thrives on testing, analytics, and delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for driving consistent 4x ROAS and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic execution and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad visuals and compelling copy.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay ahead of platform updates, bidding strategies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Contribute to strategic media planning aimed at achieving sustained performance growth for each client.
Required Skills & Experience
6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid advertising.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding 4x ROAS consistently across campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure and optimization tactics.
Understanding of funnels, pixels, conversions, tracking, and retargeting strategies.
Analytical proficiency with tools for performance tracking and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and client management skills, with a focus on reporting clarity and transparency.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.
Basic knowledge of ad copywriting and creative testing.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
