Job Title: Product Implementation & Support Executive – Software Solutions
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
We are looking for a Product Implementation & Support Executive to join our growing software solutions team. The role involves supporting business customers through product demonstrations, onboarding, user training, and functional support.
The candidate will work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and effective usage of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers
• Assist with customer onboarding and system setup
• Provide functional support and user guidance to clients
• Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs
• Document customer queries and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand business workflows and software applications
• Experience in software support, ERP/POS systems, or SaaS products is an advantage

Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company’s digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and online brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage company social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create engaging social media posts, marketing content, and campaign ideas
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare digital marketing reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, design, and campaign execution
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Basic understanding of SEO and website marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
• Strong communication and content writing skills
