NextJs Developer (7 Months - 1+ Years)

Job description:

Required Skills & Experience: Freshers with any 7 months Internship experience can apply.

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, and arrow functions.
2. Extensive experience with Next.js and React, including a deep understanding of routing, rendering methods, and state management.
3. Proficiency in GSAP and Framer Motion for animating UI components, enhancing interactivity, and optimizing performance.
4. Experience with Three.js for integrating 3D content and interactive graphics into websites.
5. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SCSS or LESS for writing maintainable and scalable stylesheets.
6. Hands-on experience with Git for version control, ensuring efficient collaboration within the development team.
7. Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into frontend applications to communicate with backend services.
8. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching, to ensure fast and efficient web performance.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high quality, maintainable code.
10. Knowledge of deployment would be great.
11. Deploy apps to AWS or cloud environments.

Performance & Optimization

1. Optimize application performance, SEO, and page load time (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
2. Manage images and assets with Next/Image, and lazy loading strategies.

UI/UX Intern

1. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
2. Support in designing website and mobile app interfaces.
3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
5. Contribute to design system and maintain consistency in UI elements.
6. Perform competitor analysis and suggest improvements.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
3. Understanding of user centered design principles.

SEO Analyst

1. Research and identify valuable keywords to support the company’s content and SEO strategy.
2. Optimize website elements such as meta tags, titles, and content to improve organic visibility.
3. Audit the website regularly to detect and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
4. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials are aligned with SEO best practices.
5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
6. Analyze competitor websites to understand their SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain a healthy backlink profile through ethical and effective link-building practices.
8. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting rankings, traffic trends, and recommendations.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and development to implement SEO initiatives effectively.

Business Central Functional Consultant Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated trainees who are interested in building a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). As an MB-800 trainee, you will receive hands on training on Business Central functional areas including finance, sales, purchase, inventory, and user management.

Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Learn and understand the core modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Assist consultants in system setup, configuration, and testing.
3. Support data entry, migration, and validation tasks.
4. Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
5. Participate in live or demo project implementations.
6. Assist in user creation, permission management, workflows, and reporting.
7. Support end-users and troubleshoot functional issues under supervision.
8. Continuously update knowledge through MB-800 certification training and practice.
9. Managing client communications and delivering comprehensive support services.



Required Qualifications:

1. Education: B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance / Operations / Systems preferred).
2. Language: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
3. Basic understanding of accounting and business processes.
4. Eager to learn ERP systems and technology-based business solutions.
