Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to support our sales and business development activities. This offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
2. Assist in lead generation and outreach activities
3. Support in sending introductory emails and follow-ups
4. Maintain and update CRM data
5. Coordinate with the marketing and technical team
6. Help prepare proposals and presentations

Requirements

Business Development Manager

We are a growing technology solutions provider, offering end-to-end services in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions) as well as digital services (web, apps, and SEO). We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive growth across both verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in ERP and digital services.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closure.
3. Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
5. Understand client requirements and map them to ERP & digital offerings.

Requirements :

1. 1+ years of proven experience in sales and/or implementation of ERP solutions and digital services.

SEO Analyst (7 Months - 1 Year)

1. Research and identify valuable keywords to support the company’s content and SEO strategy.
2. Optimize website elements such as meta tags, titles, and content to improve organic visibility.
3. Audit the website regularly to detect and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
4. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials are aligned with SEO best practices.
5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
6. Analyze competitor websites to understand their SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain a healthy backlink profile through ethical and effective link-building practices.
8. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting rankings, traffic trends, and recommendations.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and development to implement SEO initiatives effectively.

Full Stack Developer (Next.js & Node.js)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js
2. Build responsive and SEO-friendly user interfaces with React / Next.js
3. Create and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js
4. Work with Payload CMS for content management (training/support provided if needed)
5. Integrate databases and manage schemas in Payload CMS
6. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
7. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
8. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams
9. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions


Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong experience with Next.js and React

Business Central Functional Consultant Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated trainees who are interested in building a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). As an MB-800 trainee, you will receive hands on training on Business Central functional areas including finance, sales, purchase, inventory, and user management.

Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Learn and understand the core modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Assist consultants in system setup, configuration, and testing.
3. Support data entry, migration, and validation tasks.
4. Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
5. Participate in live or demo project implementations.
6. Assist in user creation, permission management, workflows, and reporting.
7. Support end-users and troubleshoot functional issues under supervision.
8. Continuously update knowledge through MB-800 certification training and practice.
