HR Recruiter (Only International Recruitment Experienced)

A dynamic and fast-growing engineering company headquartered in Munich, Germany employing around 2350 employees globally across 20 project locations in 8 countries including multiple locations across the UK.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3+ years to manage end-to-end international recruitment activities across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for global hiring requirements while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international hiring requirements.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment databases.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and international stakeholders across different time zones.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
* Handle offer rollouts, documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
* Ensure compliance with international hiring policies, labor regulations, and company standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
* Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for management review.
* Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in ATS/HRMS systems.
* Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international hiring.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
* Experience working with international clients or global recruitment teams is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and recruitment platforms.
* Experience with ATS/HRMS tools; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is good to have.

Team Lead ESG & Management Systems

We are looking for experienced Team Lead ESG & Management Systems to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities:
1. Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as strategic development of the ESG team at the India location
2. Overall responsibility for the integration, management, and continuous optimization of all relevant management systems
3. Support in the implementation of the strategy for management systems and compliance as defined by the Head of Compliance Management
4. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and contributing to the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9100 as part of management responsibilities
5. Establishment, implementation, and monitoring of an effective and sustainable risk management system
6. Close collaboration with international interfaces to promote global quality and compliance standards
7. Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as certifications
8. Promotion of a sustainable, quality- and compliance-oriented corporate culture

Requirements:
1. Successfully completed university degree in engineering, business, environmental management, or a comparable field
2. Several years of relevant professional experience in management systems, compliance, or ESG
3. Proven experience in the development and integration of management systems (IMS) is mandatory
4. In-depth knowledge of risk management and ideally of other standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 50001
5. Strong leadership skills, team orientation, and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
6. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
7. International experience through internships, studies, or professional activities in an international environment, preferably in Europe or ideally in Germany, is desirable
8. High level of communication skills, initiative, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
9. Intercultural competence and willingness to collaborate with international teams
