About the Role
Orestes is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing e-commerce marketing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of paid performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads platforms, driving measurable business outcomes including revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
•Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen) with a clear focus on e-commerce KPIs.
•Manage daily/weekly budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing to maximize performance against spend targets.
•Set up and manage Google Shopping / Performance Max campaigns for product catalog advertising and drive incremental e-commerce revenue.
ROI Tracking & Performance Optimization
•Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance against targets including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, revenue, and conversion rate to ensure ROI-positive outcomes.
•Analyze funnel performance data and identify drop-off points; work cross-functionally with product and CRO teams to improve conversion rates.
•Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, presenting findings and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
Creative Collaboration & Experimentation
•Brief the creative team on ad formats, messaging angles, and visual requirements based on performance data and platform best practices.
•Review ad creatives critically for platform compliance, brand consistency, and expected performance; provide data-backed feedback for iteration.
•Coordinate with the content and SEO teams to align paid and organic strategies for maximum brand visibility and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•2–3 years of hands-on, end-to-end experience managing paid performance campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads in an e-commerce or D2C environment.
•Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends (INR 5L+ or equivalent) with demonstrable ROAS and revenue impact.
•Deep knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem — Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Smart campaigns.
•Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structures, audience building, creative testing, Advantage+ campaigns, and catalog/dynamic ads.
•Hands-on experience with conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
•Ability to independently read, interpret, and act on campaign data without requiring hand-holding — strong analytical mindset.
•Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, and their interplay with marketing strategy.
•Experience with A/B testing frameworks and the discipline to draw statistically sound conclusions from experiments.
•Familiarity with retargeting strategies, dynamic product ads (DPA), and full-funnel campaign architecture.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
