Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the frontend
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and experience with RPA tools to help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate for Desktop, Automation anywhere, Blue Prism etc.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and solution designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and processes.
Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor and optimize existing RPA solutions for performance improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
Provide training and support to users on RPA tools and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in RPA development.
