Odoo Developer (On-site – Qatar)

We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join a high-profile project on-site in Qatar. This is a unique opportunity to work within a global environment, representing Infintor while being embedded directly into our client's technical team in Doha.

Working Environment:

As a part of our Staff Augmentation model, you will be deployed to the client’s office in Qatar. You will work side-by-side with local stakeholders and international consultants to customize, implement, and support Odoo solutions. This role requires a blend of high-level technical coding and professional on-site consultancy.

Requirements:

* Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python & JavaScript.

* Database: Familiarity with PostgreSQL, including object relational mapping.

* Collaboration Platform: Experience with GitHub.

* Development Model: Familiarity with the open-source approach, collaborating with an external community.

* Framework: Proficiency in Odoo, including ORM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, and AI.

Responsibilities:

* Developing customized solutions for clients spanning various industries, sectors, and company sizes.

* Providing ongoing support and maintenance for these tailored solutions.

* Adapting our SaaS offerings to meet client requirements.

* Assisting in training and supporting our partner network.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Odoo Functional Consultant (On-site – Qatar)

Role Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients in Qatar.

Location
Onsite - Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Conduct deep-dive workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes.

Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.

Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Odoo features need customization.

2. Implementation & Configuration

Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.) based on defined requirements.

Oversee data migration from legacy systems into Odoo.

Set up automated workflows and reporting dashboards.

3. Quality Assurance & Training

Perform functional testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is bug-free and meets user needs.

Create comprehensive user manuals and documentation.

Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

4. Project Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical development team.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the functional scope.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Odoo’s core modules and their interdependencies.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to "think outside the box" for functional workarounds.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
