Job Summary:
Hotpack is seeking a highly motivated D2C E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online sales channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing e-commerce operations to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and build a strong brand presence online. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management:
Oversee and manage Hotpack’s D2C webstore

Ensure seamless functionality, navigation, and user experience across all digital sales channels.

Monitor website performance, analyze traffic, and optimize for conversions.

Sales & Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to drive online revenue growth.

Manage promotions, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales.

Identify new opportunities for expanding the D2C business.

Conduct competitor and market studies to improve sales and brand awareness.

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
Work closely with marketing teams to execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.

Optimize paid ad campaigns to enhance ROAS and customer retention.

Customer Experience & Retention:
Improve customer journey and checkout experience.

Develop loyalty programs, personalized offers, and automated email/WhatsApp marketing strategies.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in D2C brands.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, MS Clarity and CRM tools.

Understanding of SEO, email automation, and customer retention strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Telesales cum Customer Service Executive

Department: Sales / Customer Service
Location: Infopark Kochi, India (Office-based)
Reports To: Sales Manager / Customer Service Manager

Job Summary
The Telesales cum Customer Service Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls while providing excellent customer service support.
The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, promoting and selling company products, handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The position will be based in our India office and will work closely with the UK team through company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using contact numbers provided by the company.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
• Achieve agreed telesales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company database or CRM system.

Customer Service Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers with order placement and follow up on order status.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.

Systems and Support
• The company will provide the necessary systems, tools, and customer contact lists required to perform the role.
• All systems will be set up and linked with the main office to ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams.

Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer communications.
• Prepare basic sales or activity reports when required.
• Support the sales and operations teams with order processing and coordination.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn and understand the company’s products.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A high level of professionalism when interacting with customers and representing the company.
• Strong telephone communication and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work with company systems and follow internal processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
• Background in sales, customer service, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.

Accounts Assistant/ Associate

We are looking for a Trainee - Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in accounts payable and grow within the finance department. Previous experience in Dubai or the GCC region is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Verify, process, and match invoices with POs and receipts.
Payment Processing: Prepare and process vendor payments.
Vendor Management: Handle vendor queries and maintain positive relationships.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Good communication and analytical skills.
