UiPath Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated UiPath Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying UiPath-based automation solutions that improve business efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automation workflows
Develop reusable components and maintain automation best practices
Handle exception management, logging, and error handling within workflows
Work with UiPath Orchestrator for job scheduling, monitoring, and deployment
Perform unit testing and support UAT for automation solutions
Maintain documentation such as Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical notes
Support production bots and perform troubleshooting and enhancements
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in UiPath development
Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
Experience in building attended and unattended bots
Good understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices
Basic to intermediate knowledge of VB.NET or C#
Experience working with Excel, PDF, email automation, web applications, and desktop applications
Familiarity with selectors, data scraping, screen scraping, and OCR
Understanding of exception handling, retry mechanisms, and logging
Basic knowledge of SQL / databases is an advantage
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

UiPath certification (UiRPA / Advanced RPA Developer)
Exposure to APIs and REST services
Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)
Knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
Soft Skills

Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a proactive Microsoft Power Platform Developer with approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining low-code business applications and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Develop and manage data models using Dataverse
Create forms, views, and dashboards to support business processes
Implement business rules, validations, and approval workflows
Handle error handling, notifications, and flow optimization
Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities
Maintain technical documentation and user guides
Provide post-deployment support and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Around 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong experience in Canvas Apps (Model-Driven Apps exposure is an advantage)
Experience creating approval workflows and automated notifications
Good understanding of Dataverse / SharePoint lists as data sources
Familiarity with Power Platform connectors and expressions
Basic knowledge of Power Fx formulas
Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 applications
Understanding of application security, roles, and permissions
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to Power BI for reporting and dashboards
Basic knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, Functions)
Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
Power Platform or Microsoft certification (PL-100 / PL-200)
