Marketing & Growth Lead

2Base Technologies is at a deliberate stage of building its marketing function, and this role owns it end to end, which includes the strategy, the team, and the results.
We are a technology services company with over 16 years of delivery experience. Our primary markets are the United States and the United Kingdom.
This is not a role for someone who has contributed to a marketing function. It is a role for someone who has built one and who has personally owned a lead target, made channel investment decisions, managed a team, and can show what happened as a result.

What You Will Own

Qualified lead targets and pipeline contribution from marketing
Team direction and weekly priorities
Ideal Customer Profile definition and content strategy approval
Channel strategy and budget prioritization across inbound and outbound
Budget allocation across channels
Marketing analytics and attribution
Hiring and building the marketing team
Outbound marketing strategy and execution oversight
Email nurture strategy
Marketing and sales alignment
Marketing performance reporting to leadership

What you will not own

Writing content, designing assets, or running paid campaigns directly. This is a leadership and ownership role, where you set the direction, build the team, and are accountable for the outcomes.

Requirements

Experience:
8-15 years in marketing, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a senior or strategic marketing role.
Has personally owned a lead target, not contributed to one.
Has worked in or closely with a technology services, SaaS, or AI company.
Has managed a small team.
Has run inbound and outbound marketing simultaneously.
Has set up or significantly improved marketing analytics and attribution.
Has operated in or marketed to US or UK markets, which is strongly preferred and not optional.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales and business development.

Education:

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications or professional training in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics will be considered an advantage

Mindset:

Thinks in terms of outcomes, not activities
Self-directed and sets priorities independently without waiting for direction
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and owning the result
Honest when things are not working and does not manage upward by hiding problems
Understands that the quality of the team they build determines the quality of the results
What We Are Not Looking For
Someone whose measure of marketing success is impressions, follower growth, or content volume without a connection to pipeline
Someone who has only ever worked in large teams where personal ownership was unclear
Someone who reaches for tools before understanding the problem
Someone with no exposure to US or UK B2B buyers

Benefits
A growth-driven environment with opportunities to lead, innovate, and upskill continuously.

Organic Growth & SEO Specialist

2Base Technologies is building its marketing function from a clear brief, and this role owns the organic search engine that sits at the centre of it.
We are a technology services company with over 15 years of delivery experience, working with mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States and the United Kingdom. Our work spans AI implementation, custom software development, legacy system modernisation, and operational transformation.

What This Role Exists to Do

This role does not optimise content after it is written. It determines what gets written, why, and how it is structured so that the right people find it at the right moment in their decision process.
The organic search function at 2Base is being built to generate qualified inbound pipeline from two specific markets, the US and UK, at scale. That means a large volume of high-intent pages, a technical foundation that performs, and a programmatic architecture that compounds over time. The person who fills this role designs that system and owns its results.
This is a strategic and technical role. It is not an SEO support role, a blogging role with keyword research added on, or a task-execution position within a larger team. If that distinction matters to you, read on.

What You Will Own

The organic traffic strategy for the US and UK markets, including keyword targeting and the full architecture of how search drives inbound pipeline
Keyword research and search intent mapping across all service lines and target audiences
The page architecture of the website, including what pages exist, what they target, how they are structured, and how they connect through internal linking
On-page SEO across all published pages
Technical SEO oversight, working directly with the development team on crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
Google Search Console as a working instrument, including weekly review, issue resolution, and opportunity identification, not just reporting
The programmatic SEO build, including designing the framework and templates that allow the site to scale to 80 to 120+ high-intent pages
SEO briefs written clearly enough that the Content Specialist can execute without guessing
Link building target approval. The outreach team identifies candidates, and you approve or reject based on defined quality standards
SEO performance reporting, including organic traffic, keyword movement, pages published, and Search Console health

What You Will Not Own

Writing content: you brief the Content Specialist, you do not write the pages
Link building outreach: a dedicated team member executes this, you set the standard
Paid search: that is a separate role
Social media distribution: separate channel, separate owner
Content calendar scheduling: the Marketing & Growth Lead sets distribution priorities

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years in an SEO or organic growth role, with strong candidates typically at the 4 to 6 year mark
Experience ranking high-intent commercial pages, not just informational content. You should be able to clearly explain the difference
Experience managing technical SEO independently, not just delegating it to developers
Experience building or contributing to a programmatic SEO architecture, with an understanding of scaling page production without sacrificing quality
Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console as an active tool, not a passive dashboard
Experience working across US and or UK markets, with an understanding of regional search intent differences
Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO, including how to structure content for AI-powered search surfaces
Ability to write SEO briefs that a content writer can execute without needing clarification

Mindset
Thinks in systems, not tasks. The goal is a compounding organic engine, not a checklist
Comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage environments where not everything is fully defined
Analytically honest, able to diagnose what is not working and adjust direction independently
Collaborative but not passive. Works closely with content and development teams while driving the agenda

What We Are Not Looking For

SEO practitioners whose entire experience is informational content with no connection to commercial intent or pipeline
Anyone who treats Search Console as a monthly reporting task rather than a working instrument
Candidates who cannot explain the difference between high-intent and informational keyword targeting in specific terms
Anyone whose SEO process depends entirely on a tool telling them what to do next
Candidates with no exposure to US or UK search behaviour who treat all markets as equivalent

Benefits
A growth-driven environment with opportunities to lead, innovate, and upskill continuously.

Sr. B2B Content Specialist

2Base Technologies is at a deliberate stage of building its marketing function, and this role owns the written voice of that function end to end.
We are a technology services company with over 15 years of delivery experience, working with mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States and the United Kingdom. Our work spans AI implementation, custom software development, legacy system modernisation, and operational transformation.
This is a senior writing role with a specific, demanding purpose. It is not a content management role or a social media role. If that distinction is unclear from the outset, this is probably not the right fit.

What This Role Exists to Do

This role does not invent the voice. It operationalises, applies, and enforces it across all written output: long-form content that earns search traffic, content written in the voice of senior leadership for professional publishing, and the quality standard for everything written that leaves this company.
The audience spans technical leaders and business decision-makers at mid-market companies. CTOs and IT Directors who evaluate architecture decisions, and Founders, COOs, and Operations leaders who are accountable for technology outcomes without always having a technical background. Writing that works across that range, without oversimplifying for one end or losing the other, is the actual craft challenge of this role. Technically credible, commercially relevant, and written with a clear point of view. That is the standard this role is hired to meet and maintain.

What You Will Own

All long-form written content: pillar pages, blogs, playbooks, decision frameworks, and use-case libraries targeting senior decision-makers in the US and UK
Written content produced in the voice of senior leadership for professional platforms, which requires the ability to write convincingly as someone other than yourself
The 2Base content voice, including auditing all published content to ensure it meets the company's brand standards
Content briefs written clearly enough that a junior team member can produce a first draft without needing to ask clarifying questions
The content quality gate: nothing is published without passing through this role first
AI tool usage as a productivity layer, not as a substitute for thinking

What You Will Not Own

SEO keyword selection: the SEO Specialist sets this and you write within it
Social media scheduling and publishing: a separate team member owns this
Visual design of content assets: the Visual Designer owns this
Distribution strategy: the Marketing & Growth Lead decides which channels content goes to
ICP definition: you write for the ICP and you do not define it

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years writing B2B content, with strong candidates typically at the 5 to 6 year mark
Has written content that ranked on Google, not just content that was published
Has written in voices other than their own, for executives, founders, or senior professionals
Understands SEO at a working level: knows what search intent means and can write to it without being an SEO specialist
Has worked with AI writing tools and knows both their value and their limits
Can show content that contributed to a measurable outcome: traffic, leads, or engagement with the right audience
Background in technology, SaaS, or professional services strongly preferred

Writing Ability
Writes with a clear point of view, not neutral summaries of other people's ideas
Can explain complex technical concepts in plain language without losing technical credibility
Writes concisely with no filler, no padding, and no unnecessary qualification
Can write in different voices and make each one sound authentic, not just adjusted

Mindset
Treats content as a commercial tool, not a creative exercise
Comfortable being edited and does not treat feedback as personal criticism
Genuinely curious about AI, technology, and business operations, not faking interest to get the job
Fast: this team moves at pace and cannot wait three days for a first draft

What We Are Not Looking For

Portfolios of "Top 10 Tips" articles or trend summaries with no original thinking
Writers who cannot explain how any of their content performed or what it contributed to
Anyone who has never written for a technical or senior business audience and considers that detail irrelevant
Writers who only produce self-directed content and have never worked consistently to a brief
Anyone who cannot write convincingly in a voice other than their own
Candidates who treat AI tools as the primary author and apply only light editing.

Benefits
A growth-driven environment with opportunities to lead, innovate, and upskill continuously.

Sr. Visual Designer

2Base Technologies is building its marketing function from scratch, and this role makes it look like a company worth taking seriously.

We are a technology services company with over 15 years of delivery experience, working with mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States and the United Kingdom. Our work spans AI implementation, custom software development, legacy system modernisation, and operational transformation.

What This Role Exists to Do

Before a CTO reads a word of our content, they see the design. Before they trust the argument, they have already made a judgment about whether this company looks credible. This role owns that first impression, and then owns every asset that follows.
The visual function at 2Base is being built from the ground up. There is no brand system to inherit, no template library to use, and no consistent visual identity to maintain. What exists is a clear strategic direction, a defined audience of senior technology and operations leaders, and a marketing team building the content engine around it. Your job is to give that engine a visual identity it deserves.
The first 30 days of this role have one priority: build the brand system. Everything else, including LinkedIn carousels, ad creatives, landing pages, and presentation templates, is built from that foundation. A designer who wants to jump straight into production before the system exists is not the right fit.
This is not a creative agency role. The audience is sceptical, senior, and technically literate. Design that looks clever but reads as unclear, or feels consumer-facing rather than professional, will not work with this ICP. Restraint, precision, and consistency matter more than visual novelty.

What You Will Own

The 2Base visual brand system, including colour palette, typography, spacing, layout rules, and the documentation that makes it usable by the whole team
All marketing and content visual assets, including LinkedIn carousels, single-image posts, social graphics, infographics, and diagrams
Paid advertising creatives, including Google Display and LinkedIn Ads, designed to be tested and iterated
Landing page visual design, including layout, components, and conversion-focused structure, handed to the development team for build
Email visual templates, presentation templates, and sales deck templates
A template library that enables other team members to produce on-brand assets independently
Design consistency auditing, including periodic review of all published assets to ensure alignment with the brand system
Secondary responsibility: light video editing and motion for social reels, YouTube, and website use, supporting other team members

What You Will Not Own

What an asset communicates. The Content and Thought Leadership Specialist owns the message, argument, and information hierarchy. You may suggest improvements in structure, but content decisions remain with them
Copywriting. The Content Specialist writes the words; you structure them visually
Website development. You design the pages; the development team builds them
Content strategy. You execute what is briefed, not decide what gets created
Brand positioning. The Marketing Operating System defines how 2Base communicates; you interpret it visually

Requirements
Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years in a B2B design role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
Experience building a brand system or significantly evolving one, not just producing isolated assets
Experience designing for LinkedIn, including carousel formats, document posts, and single-image feed content
Experience creating paid ad creatives that have been executed, tested, and iterated
Experience designing landing pages with an understanding of conversion principles
Comfort with basic video editing for social and web content, including reels, short-form YouTube, and simple website assetsProficiency in Figma, which is non-negotiable, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Design thinking
Portfolio demonstrates restraint through clean, structured, and purposeful design
Ability to explain the reasoning behind key design decisions
Designs with a specific audience in mind, not for general appeal
Strong understanding and consistent application of typography as a functional tool
Ability to produce work that appears credible to a senior B2B audience at first glance

Mindset
Able to work effectively from structured briefs
Works at speed without compromising quality
Treats design as a communication tool rather than purely creative expression
Open to feedback and able to give it constructively

What We Are Not Looking For

Portfolios dominated by consumer brands, lifestyle work, event design, or campaigns with no B2B relevance
Designers who can describe visuals but cannot justify their decisions
Candidates without experience building a brand system
Designers who overcomplicate visuals with excessive fonts, colours, styles, or effects
Candidates who require complete creative freedom and struggle with structured briefs

Benefits
A growth-driven environment with opportunities to lead, innovate, and upskill continuously.

Sr. Business Analyst

At 2Base, we are rebuilding the Business Analyst function into a world-class, product-minded, clarity-driven team. This role is not a documentation role. It is not a screen updater role. It is not a support role. This is a core Business Analyst position responsible for functional modelling, system reasoning, requirement clarity, and building the foundation for correct development.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the functional brain of the project. You will ensure that the right problem is understood, broken down, analysed, validated, clarified, communicated, and owned end-to-end. You will drive requirement precision, reduce rework, and enable confident and aligned delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead requirement workshops, client calls, and discovery discussions to understand business needs clearly.
-Ask deeper questions, challenge assumptions, and validate the true business intent behind every requirement.
-Convert ambiguous client inputs into structured, logical, and actionable functional understanding.
-Break large features into modules, workflows, components, and clear dependencies.
-Build strong system-level understanding involving APIs, integrations, data flow, and backend considerations.
-Translate business processes into functional logic that development teams can execute.
-Decompose requirements into use-case flows, system behaviours, edge cases, alternate paths, validation rules, and dependencies.
-Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, workflows, state diagrams, data-flow diagrams, API requirement specs, and acceptance criteria.
-Ensure all documentation is clear, logical, structured, testable, and ready for developers and QA to use.
-Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, and product owners to validate feasibility and align understanding.
-Ensure QA teams can derive test cases effectively from your functional logic and acceptance criteria.
-Communicate confidently with clients, handle requirement discussions smoothly, and clarify misunderstandings immediately.
-Push back politely on unclear or changing requirements and ensure final decisions are documented properly.
-Maintain requirement traceability throughout the lifecycle and ensure zero ambiguity during handover to development.
-Own the entire requirement lifecycle from discovery to development readiness with high accountability.
-Drive clarity across teams by ensuring every requirement is complete, validated, and logically consistent.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 4+ years of core Business Analyst experience with strong analytical and system-level thinking.
-Ability to break down complex requirements into clear components, workflows, and functional logic.
-Excellent verbal and written communication with confidence in client interactions and clarifications.
-Proven experience in preparing SRS, BRD, FRD, workflows, and acceptance criteria with high clarity.
-Ability to challenge assumptions politely, ask the right questions, and ensure zero ambiguity.
-Strong collaboration experience with development, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams.
-Understanding of API behaviours, integrations, data flows, and multi-module system interactions.
-Ability to run requirement discussions, workshops, and independently lead discovery sessions.
-Exposure to SaaS, scalable products, automation, or AI-supported systems is an added advantage.
-Demonstrated ownership of requirements end-to-end, ensuring developer-ready and testable outputs.
