Sales Executives – Job Description (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our fintech
operations team. The candidate will be responsible for merchant acquisition, onboarding,
device deployment, and relationship management in assigned territories. This role requires
frequent field visits and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential merchants and business partners in assigned
territories.
• Promote Radiant Acemoney and ESAF small finance bank solutions and onboard new merchants.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during merchant onboarding.
• Coordinate installation and deployment of fintech devices
• Ensure timely activation and successful onboarding of merchants.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for customer satisfaction and
retention.
• Coordinate with internal support and operations teams for quick issue resolution.

Reconciliation Manager/ Senior Executive

Job Title: Reconciliation Manager – Fintech

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Manager to oversee daily financial reconciliations within our fintech operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate matching of transactions between internal systems, payment platforms, client accounts, and bank statements while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations across multiple financial channels
- Conduct daily reconciliation of transactions between the company portal, payment gateways, wallets, and bank statements
- Monitor and verify daily agent/customer wallet balances to ensure transaction accuracy
- Reconcile credits and debits recorded in internal fintech platforms with corresponding bank and payment partner entries
- Match transactions between internal records, banks, payment processors, and client statements
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliation reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT for issue resolution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or fintech accounting
- Experience working in fintech, digital payments, banking, wallets, or financial services preferred
- Strong understanding of payment reconciliation processes, settlements, and transaction flows
- Proficiency in Excel and reconciliation/reporting tools
