Job Briefing : Answer support Calls/Messages dropped by our clients through Email/Support WhatApp /Call. Pleasant and Prompt response attitude, good communication skill, sending reports to our clients, managing support ticketing status, Coordination with Technical Team to reach out the right solution. He /She shall be committed to keep a proper response time for the queries raised by our clients.
Knowledge Base :
Pleasant communication skill
Knowledge in Word, Excel and Computer Operations.
Good typing speed in English
Knowledge in VB6, VB.net and SQL (Postgres) will be considered as an added advantage.
Salary Range : 12000 - 15000
Office Timing : 9Am - 6Pm
Monday - Saturday (Weekly off day will be Sunday)
