Job Description – Executive / Senior Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Kerala / Tamil Nadu Operations
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Reporting To: Managing Director

About the Role

Our Solar division named, Hohberht Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and passionate individual to join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives for our home solutions and renewable energy business.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of taking ownership of end-to-end lead generation and customer engagement activities. Freshers with the right attitude and learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

* Understand Hohberht’s products, services, and business model thoroughly.
* Identify and plan the right target audience for various business verticals.
* Create engaging digital creatives including posters, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
* Manage and regularly update social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
* Plan and execute paid campaigns and lead generation activities through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Coordinate digital campaigns to generate quality business leads.

Lead Management & Sales Coordination

* Own and manage the complete digital lead flow process.
* Coordinate lead allocation for telecalling and follow-up activities.
* Track appointments, customer meetings, and sales conversions.
* Maintain proper lead databases and monitor conversion effectiveness.
* Work closely with the sales and operations team to improve lead quality and closure rates.

Website & Online Presence Management

* Handle company website updates and modifications based on business requirements.
* Coordinate content updates, landing pages, blogs, banners, and campaign integration.
* Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all digital platforms.

Content & Communication

* Create marketing content, captions, campaign ideas, presentations, and promotional materials.
* Support branding and communication initiatives for franchise and expansion activities.
* Stay updated with current digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

Desired Skills & Requirements

* Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Creative thinking and ability to generate marketing ideas independently.
* Strong ownership mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.

Sales Engineer

Position Overview

Our Solar division named "Hohberht" is looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support business development, client onboarding, and technical solution consulting. The role bridges the gap between engineering and sales by helping customers understand how Hohberht’s products/services solve real operational problems.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client discussions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, solution customization, and coordination with internal engineering teams.



Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support

* Understand customer requirements and map them to Hohberht solutions.
* Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
* Support the sales team during client meetings and proposal discussions.
* Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and solution architectures.

Customer Engagement

* Interact with prospective clients to identify technical and business pain points.
* Provide pre-sales consultation and recommend suitable solutions.
* Build long-term relationships with clients through technical support and follow-ups.

Solution Development

* Work closely with engineering/product teams to customize offerings when required.
* Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
* Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and testing.

Market & Product Knowledge

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions internally.

Post-Sales Coordination

* Support onboarding and implementation activities.
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery/support teams.



Required Skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
* Understanding of engineering systems/products and industrial applications.
* Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric thinking.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and technical documentation.



Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Related field).
* 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or industrial sales preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
