Position Overview

Our Solar division named Hohberht is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / CTO for its solar projects division to lead the complete technical execution of rooftop and commercial solar EPC projects. The role involves system design, engineering coordination, BOM preparation, procurement, logistics, vendor management, and site execution supervision while leading field technical teams from project initiation to commissioning.

This is a techno-commercial leadership role suited for someone who can independently manage solar project engineering and execution while building scalable operational processes for the company.

Solar System Design & Engineering

* Design rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
* Prepare technical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), layout plans, and system sizing calculations.
