Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
Monitor project costs and track variations
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
Manage tendering processes, including preparation and evaluation of bids
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
Prepare progress reports and financial statements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficiency in cost estimation and financial reporting
Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, QS tools)
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

MEP BIM COORDINATOR

Qualifications
. Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Skills
· Strong understanding of MEP systems
· Ability to review designs and identify coordination issues
· Coordinate with Architectural & Structural teams
· Experience in clash detection using Navisworks
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related tools
· Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, COBie
. Good communication and teamwork skills
· Expert in Shop Drawings and Design Drawings
